Who is responsible

I am the data controller for the details you send through this site. You can always call +45 20 77 71 37 if you want something corrected or deleted.

What I collect

From the form: name, company, email, phone number, your description of the task, your description of how it works today, your timeframe and your answer on whether you use AI today.

From a booking: name, email, phone number and company if you give them, the time you choose, and any message you write.

Technical: your IP address, which browser you write from, which page the enquiry came from, and any campaign or source named in the address. It is used to stop abuse of the form and to see where enquiries come from. The site sets no cookies and carries no third-party tracking.

Why, and on what basis

The details are used to answer your enquiry, hold the meeting and, if it comes to it, enter into an agreement. The basis is your consent when you tick the box in the form, and otherwise that the processing is necessary in order to reply to you and to enter into an agreement.

I send no newsletters, and I pass nothing on to anyone who wants to sell you something.

Who has access

Only me. The details sit with the suppliers who run the site, the database and the email, and they process them solely on my instruction. If you want to know exactly which, and where they store data, call and you will get the list.

How long

If nothing comes of the enquiry, I delete it no later than a year after we were last in contact. If there is an agreement, I keep what belongs to that agreement for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to what I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have the processing restricted, or object to it. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Call or write and I will do it.

If you disagree with how I handle your details, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.
